Description of Course/Class Levels
Regular yoga practice brings most benefits. Students who regular attend courses proved to develop a deeper understanding of Yoga and succeed in making Yoga practice part of their lives.
Beginners Level Course
At this level one will be able to learn or refresh the foundation of Yoga Synergy practice.
This level is suitable for those who have never done Yoga before or have not practiced yoga for more than 12 months.
General Level Course
This level courses further understanding of Yoga Synergy practice. Students have an opportunity to start learning inverted postures (ex. shoulder stand). This level is suitable for those with more than 6 months of Yoga Experience.
Intermediate Level Course
At this level Course more complex options of postures are introduced. More inverted postures are taught: headstand, hand stand and forearm balance.
Back on Track Yoga Class
This level of class is suitable for those with back or other joint injuries. This is a smaller side class of maximum 6 people, is gentle and aims to help rehabilitation. This class is recommended for those with chronic injuries who wish to “get back on track” with their health! Bookings are essential.
This level of class is suitable for those who can only attend classes from time to time.
Courses (pre-booked and prepaid) $18 per class (1 class per week) and $16.50 per class (2 classes per week)
